Jennifer Anne Garner is the daughter of Bill Garner, a chemical engineer and Pat Garner, a professor of English. He has two sisters.
Although born in Texas, Jennifer moved from very young to the town of Charleston, Virginia. While in high school, he began attending ballet classes. After completing his high school career began in Chemistry, who left to study acting at Denison University.
After intervening in plays in New York, Jennifer moved to California.
In the mid-90's took part in the series "Zoya" and "Felicity." In the filming of this latest soap opera met her first husband, actor Scott Foley, whom he married in 2000.

Outside the theater, Jennifer co-starred with Kevin Kline's play "Cyrano de Bergerac".
In the comedy "The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" (2009) was paired with Matthew McConaughey.
