Brooke Jaye Mueller (born August 19, 1977) is an American actress and a real estate agent.

Mueller was born in Palm Beach, Florida.[2] She became a cheerleader at the Benjamin School. Her father was Lutheran and her mother Jewish. Two years after her father's death, her mother married a billionaire. [3][4] She is the stepdaughter of actor John Fiore. Her half-sister is Sydney Wolofsky.
Mueller has tried acting, real estate, and even had a stint as a special correspondent on Extra. Mueller's best known role was as Janet in the 1999 film Witchouse. She also played Cassandra in the 2008 comedy film Strictly Sexual (credited as Brooke Allen). In 2011 Mueller co-starred in the Paris Hilton reality show The World According to Paris.
On May 30, 2008, Mueller married actor Charlie Sheen.[6][7] Mueller gave birth to their twin sons, Bob and Max, on March 14, 2009.[8] She also became a stepmother to Sheen's children, Sam and Lola Rose Sheen.
On December 25, 2009, Sheen was arrested at their rented house in the ski resort of Aspen, Colorado for attacking Mueller. He was later released from jail after posting an $8,500 bond.[9][10] Sheen was charged with felony menacing, as well as third-degree assault and criminal mischief.[11] On August 2, 2010, Sheen pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault as part of a plea bargain that included dismissal of the other charges against him. Sheen was sentenced to 30 days in a drug rehab center, 30 days of probation, and 36 hours of anger management.[12]
Sheen filed for divorce from Mueller in November 2010.[13][14] On March 1, 2011, police removed Bob and Max from Sheen's home.[15] According to People, social services took the children after Mueller obtained a restraining order against Sheen. The document said, "I am very concerned that [Sheen] is currently insane."[16] The divorce was approved by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge and became effective on May 2, 2011
Mueller was arrested in September 1996 for DUI and property damage after she crashed her Chevy Corsica into a road sign.[18] The case was ultimately dropped.[19]
She was arrested again in March 2001 for cocaine possession. The charges were dropped after tests revealed she had no drugs in her system.[18]
On July 1, 2011, Mueller had successfully completed her 45-day outpatient rehab program, for alcohol and drug addiction. She chose to do an outpatient method to have access to her children for eight hours a day. [20]
On December 3, 2011 Mueller was arrested on suspicion of assault and felony drug possession.
